1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("Client," "you," or "your") and NeedSY Crypto Recovery Canada ("NeedSY," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (NeedSY.app) or engaging our professional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease all use of our services immediately.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

NeedSY provides specialized digital forensic and blockchain investigative services. Our work includes:

• Blockchain Forensics: Analyzing public ledgers to trace the movement of digital assets.

• Wallet Attribution: Identifying exchanges or entities associated with specific wallet addresses.

• Investigative Reporting: Providing detailed forensic dossiers for use by legal counsel, law enforcement, or the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC).

• Liaison Services: Assisting in technical communications with cryptocurrency exchanges regarding asset freezes.

3. MANDATORY DISCLOSURE: NO GUARANTEE OF RECOVERY

3.1 Investigative Nature: You acknowledge that blockchain forensics is an analytical process. Our service is the investigation and reporting of data, not the physical seizure or return of funds. 3.2 Finality of Blockchain: Digital asset transactions are, by technical design, irreversible. 3.3 External Factors: The successful recovery of assets is entirely dependent on third parties, including but not limited to: cryptocurrency exchange compliance, local law enforcement (RCMP/Toronto Police) action, and judicial orders. 3.4 Liability Waiver: NeedSY makes no warranty, express or implied, that the provided forensic data will result in a financial recovery. Fees paid to NeedSY are for professional investigative time and expertise, not for a specific financial outcome.

4. CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the assets being investigated or have explicit legal authority to represent the owner.

• The information provided (TXIDs, amounts, timelines) is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You are not seeking our services for the purpose of harassment, illegal surveillance, or any activity that violates the laws of Ontario or Canada.

5. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

• Administrative Fees: Any initial case assessment fees are non-refundable and cover the cost of the preliminary forensic scan.

• Professional Fees: Service fees are quoted based on the complexity of the "hop" analysis required. Once investigative work has commenced, fees are considered earned and are non-refundable.

• Secondary Scams Warning: NeedSY will never ask for a "release tax," "withdrawal fee," or "insurance deposit" to unlock recovered funds. We operate as a forensic lab; we do not hold or process your recovered assets.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

NeedSY adheres to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• We treat all case files with strict confidentiality.

• Forensic data is stored in encrypted, secure environments.

• We reserve the right to disclose information to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre or law enforcement agencies if we identify evidence of criminal activity or are served with a valid legal warrant.

7. PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED USE

Users are prohibited from:

• Using NeedSY forensic reports to "dox" individuals or facilitate vigilante justice.

• Reverse-engineering our proprietary investigative methodologies.

• Falsifying reports issued by NeedSY to mislead third-party platforms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedSY Crypto Recovery Canada and its directors, employees, or forensic analysts shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising out of your use of our reports or our inability to locate stolen assets. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NeedSY from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from the Client’s breach of these Terms or the provision of fraudulent information to our forensic team.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in a provincial or federal court in Toronto, Ontario.

11. AMENDMENTS

NeedSY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
